Professional Experience
Andreas Krämer started his professional career in 1992 with KPMG in Munich. In the beginning he worked for the audit department and was involved in various annual company audits. Later he worked for KPMG in the Corporate Finance department where he gained significant experience in valuations, due diligence and purchase price allocations. After taking his professional exams he was assigned Director of KPMG’s Corporate Finance department in Munich.
Since 2006 Andreas Krämer is partner of TAP in Munich. The spectrum of his expertise especially covers legal audits, group accounting and business valuations. Andreas is co-author of the Beck’sche Bilanzkommentar (5th to 9th edition), one of the leading commentaries on financial accounting in Germany.
